Download now via Support in Synergy Cloud Services

The files can be downloaded from Support in Synergy Cloud Services. Please use the links below to download the installation files:

  • 64 bitSQL2012_ManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe OR
  • 32 bitSQL2012_ManagementStudio_x86_ENU.exe

Unzip this file to your server and then proceed with the Install Instructions.

Steps to install

Complete the following steps to install SQL 2012 Management Studio on the Synergy Server:

Step 1: Run the installer

Locate the installation file that you downloaded, and launch the SQL 2012 Management Studio installer file. This installer file will be named either:

  • 64 bit Installer - SQL2012_ManagementStudio_x64_ENU.exe
  • 32 bit Installer - SQL2012_ManagementStudio_x86_ENU.exe
Step 2: SQL Server Installation Center

Select 'New SQL Server stand-alone installation or add features to an existing installation’.

If any updates are available for SQL Server 2012 these will be listed. Select any updated which will be installed, then click next.

The installation of the setup software required to for SQL 2012 Management Studio will commence. This process will take a few minutes to complete.

Select 'Perform a new installation of SQL Server 2012', and then click Next.
